DESCRIPTION: The works to be carried out include the rehabilitation of the three-story building, at the level of the vertical accesses, with the construction of a new staircase and the inclusion of an elevator, removal of the fiber cement covering of the central body and replacement with metal sheet, remodeling general in terms of water networks, electrical installation, framing and coatings.
